While our devices are designed with water-resistant features and built to meet the highest rugged standards, they are not indestructible. Please avoid dropping the phone onto hard or sharp surfaces.
Accidental damage and water damage are not covered under warranty. This includes reduced waterproof performance over time, exceeding rated depth or time limits, or improper sealing of the charging port or SIM tray.
For additional protection and to reduce the risk of screen damage, we strongly recommend using a protective phone case.
