How long can I return after purchase? What are the conditions?

You can return your product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase:

  • If the product has no issues and the customer wants to return it for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • For damaged products needing return after 30 days, 8849 will repair or replace them, while buyers bear the return shipping cost.
