Order Delivery Time

US, Canada, Germany, Spain, UK, Australia: About 3–10 days (from local warehouses).
Other countries: 7–15 days.
Note:
In rare cases, some orders may ship from China/Hong Kong (7–20 days) if local stock is unavailable. Processing may take 3–4 extra days during peak periods. Shipping location and logistics provider?
We ship via couriers like DHL, UPS etc, usually from the nearest warehouse: Germany for EU, US for US/Canada, Australia for AU, and UK for the UK. If a warehouse is out of stock, we will transfer from another warehouse or ship from China.
Shipping Fee & Shipping Protection
All 8849 rugged phones, rugged tablets, mini projectors, and accessories come with free shipping. If package loss is rarely reported at your delivery address, there is no need to purchase shipping protection.
How long can I return after purchase? What are the conditions?
You can return your product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase:
- The product must be returned with all accessories.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must be free from any signs of use.
- If the product has no issues and the customer wants to return it for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What payment methods are supported, and which countries does Afterpay/Klarna support?
We accept most major payment methods, including:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- Afterpay: Only available in the US, Canada, Australia, and UK.

I have placed an order and paid via PayPal, and I have the transaction code. Why hasn't the payment been successful?
PayPal may have processed your payment, but the store didn’t receive the confirmation callback yet. Your PayPal payment might be in “Pending / Under Review,” there may be a delay between PayPal and the store’s payment gateway, or the payment might be held by PayPal’s fraud-protection system.
1. Some customers have this issue on mobile but can pay successfully on desktop.
No computer? Try clearing your mobile browser cache:
Open browser → Menu → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Cached images/files → Clear
2. Check whether your country is within our supported shipping regions.
If your country is not supported, the payment may be rejected by our bank.

Payment Failed: error message: Error from Oceanpayment (direct) - 80010: Transaction Do Not Honour.
This is usually caused by your bank’s security system blocking the transaction. Please call your bank or try another card. Some of our Australian customers have experienced this before—because it’s an international purchase, their bank wanted to confirm the payment first. After they contacted the bank and confirmed the transaction was legitimate, the payment went through successfully.

As an EU member state resident, do I need to pay tariffs?
Under the EU customs union, tariffs are eliminated among member states, so packages from Germany to EU countries generally incur no customs duties.Most of our products are shipped from the nearest warehouse in Germany, Spain, Australia, Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom. Only a very small number of out-of-stock products will be shipped from China or Hong Kong.If you are located in a non-EU country, please check on your own whether you need to pay customs duties.

What's the default product price?
The default language of the 8849 official website is English and the default currency is US Dollars. Click the button in the upper right corner, select your preferred language and currency, then click Save — the prices will be automatically converted according to the current exchange rate.
Which network operators are supported?
Do the phones support the network carriers in my country?
8849 rugged phones and rugged tablets are global unlocked devices, suitable for use in all countries. They support multiple global languages (you can set them yourself) and work with most major international carriers. Note: 8849 rugged phones and rugged tablets work with Verizon and T-Mobile in the USA, but AT&T and Sprint are not supported.
Do 8849 phones connect to Australian networks?
Australian law requires phones to support VoLTE emergency calling, so just turn on VoLTE and it’s solved.

Is 8849 phone/tablet resistant to saltwater, seawater, or chlorinated water?
8849 phone/tablet’s water resistance is tested in freshwater. Saltwater, seawater, and common chlorinated water (e.g., diluted disinfectants, pool water, bleaching powder solution, chlorine dioxide solution, chloramine solution) are corrosive. Contact may corrode metal parts, cause button malfunctions, or damage circuit boards. The device’s water resistance does not protect against such corrosive liquids.If the phone/tablet gets into such liquids, immediately take it out, turn it off, rinse with freshwater, wipe dry, and air-dry (do not power on or use high heat to dry).
Note: Such damage is considered improper use and not covered by warranty.
Is the 8849 phone/tablet sandproof and dustproof?
Although 8849 phones have undergone rigorous waterproof and dustproof testing for industrial and harsh outdoor environments, sand can easily get into the fan and damage it. Do not throw the phone into a bucket/pool, sandpit, or perform extreme tests to avoid damage.
From a non - English country. Can your phone be used in my country?
Yes, multi - language supported, switch freely.
Are your devices (phones/tablets) unlocked versions?
Our phones and tablets are all unlocked versions, supporting major carriers in countries around the world and not tied to any specific carrier.
What kind of cell phones do you make?
We make a variety of cell phones, including smartphones and basic phones. Our smartphones range from mid-range to high-end models with advanced features such as multiple cameras, high-resolution displays, and fast processors. Our basic phones are simple and reliable, with essential features such as calling and texting.
What's the maximum expandable storage for 8849 phone?
All 8849 phones support expandable storage up to 2TB.
What operating system do your smartphones run on?
Our smartphones run on the Android operating system.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your cell phones?
Yes, we offer a limited warranty on all of our cell phones. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time. We also offer extended warranties and insurance plans for additional coverage.
How do I transfer data from my old phone to a new phone?
You can transfer data from your old phone to your new phone using a variety of methods, including cloud storage, a USB cable, or a transfer app. Consult your user manual or contact customer support for more information.
How do I troubleshoot issues with my cell phone?

Do i need to purchase shipping protection or product protection insurance?
If you use the product for daily purposes, there is no need to buy. If you use the product in harsh environments, you can purchase the extended product protection insurance. Once the product is damaged, you can file a claim with the insurance company for compensation.
What's the maximum expandable memory card capacity for the phone?
All the phones support up to 2TB, but a genuine brand card is required.
Troubleshooting
My tank 4 pro's fan isn't spinning when the projector is on.
The projector will automatically stop when the temperature reaches 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit), and a countdown timer will appear on the screen.
If sand gets in, some of our customers have solved the problem by having a pneumatic blower from an auto repair shop blow it out.
Another customer used a compressor to solved it:
Steps taken
1 projector on
2 blow air in from the side
3 had a listen/feel if the fan had loosened
4 repeat
It only took 2 blows to fix.
Please prevent sand, hair, or other foreign objects from entering or tangling around the fan of the projector phone.
