NFC issues on Tank2

Hi. I’m having some serious issues with Google Pay (Google Wallet). It will not work in Norway. I’ve talked to other users with the same phone, and I’m not the only one experiencing these issues. I’ve been told to log what happens when I use Google pay, but haven’t been able to, because the phone is unresponsive when I use it in the store and there is a line of other people waiting to pay. This is a issue in Norway, and I believe you can solve this without waiting for my feedback.

  1. Hello,
Depending on your situation, you can try the following methods:
① Removing all Google accounts except one
② Uninstall/reinstall Google Pay and Wallet apps
③ No cards in the NFC Emulator app
NFC active — Google Pay says everything is correct.

If that doesn’t work, check your NFC hardware.
    Follow these steps:
Open the mobile phone dialing interface -> input *#3377# (or *#*#3377#*#*) ->Single test -> NFC-> read your IC card, please follow the prompts to test, can the test be passed?
Please use other devices to take photos of this interface or provide prompt information displayed after the test.
By the way, For the problem that the command cannot enter the test interface, have you installed multiple phone apps?
Please enter the following directory to set the built-in phone app as the default Phone app.(Settings – Apps&notifications – Default App – Phone App – Choose Phone(system))
