Shipping location and logistics provider?

We ship via couriers like DHL, UPS etc, usually from the nearest warehouse: Germany for EU, US for US/Canada, Australia for AU, and UK for the UK. If a warehouse is out of stock, we will transfer from another warehouse or ship from China.

How long can I return after purchase? What are the conditions?

You can return your product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase:

  • The product must be returned with all accessories.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must be free from any signs of use.
  • If the product has no issues and the customer wants to return it for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

What are the conditions for canceling an order?
  • If the cancellation request is made before shipping(1-3 days), and it is within the allowed cancellation period on the website, the order can be canceled.
Can the order's shipping address be modified?

Yes, if it hasn't been shipped. No, if it has been shipped. Please confirm the shipping address is correct after placing the order.

Return and Refund
  • For returns due to buyers' personal reasons, returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase, with buyers bearing the return shipping cost.
  • If the wrong model is sent or the product arrives damaged, video or pictures should be taken on the day of arrival to us. We will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For damaged products needing return after 30 days, 8849 will repair or replace them, while buyers bear the return shipping cost.

As an EU member state resident, do I need to pay tariffs?

Under the EU customs union, tariffs are eliminated among member states, so packages from Germany to EU countries generally incur no customs duties.

What payment methods are supported, and which countries does Afterpay/Klarna support?

We accept most major payment methods, including:

What's the default product price?

The default language on the official website is English, and the default displayed price is in US dollars. For both desktop and mobile: You can navigate to the bottom left corner of the page, select your country's language and currency, and the system will automatically convert the US dollars to your country's currency based on the exchange rate.

Do the phones support the network carriers in my country?

Our phones/tablets are unlocked and generally support the network carriers of the target market countries. We have a comprehensive IMS support plan which covers various regions and countries, such as the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Japan, South Korea, and more. For example, in the US, they are compatible with Verizon and T-Mobile.

Is 8849 phone/tablet resistant to saltwater, seawater, or chlorinated water?

8849 phone/tablet’s water resistance is tested in freshwater. Saltwater, seawater, and common chlorinated water (e.g., diluted disinfectants, pool water, bleaching powder solution, chlorine dioxide solution, chloramine solution) are corrosive. Contact may corrode metal parts, cause button malfunctions, or damage circuit boards. The device’s water resistance does not protect against such corrosive liquids.If the phone/tablet gets into such liquids, immediately take it out, turn it off, rinse with freshwater, wipe dry, and air-dry (do not power on or use high heat to dry).
Note: Such damage is considered improper use and not covered by warranty.

Q: Is the 8849 phone/tablet sandproof and dustproof?

Although 8849 phones have undergone rigorous waterproof and dustproof testing for industrial and harsh outdoor environments, sand can easily get into the fan and damage it. Do not throw the phone into a bucket/pool, sandpit, or perform extreme tests to avoid damage.

From a non - English country. Can your phone be used in my country?

Yes, multi - language supported, switch freely.

Yes, we offer a limited warranty on all of our cell phones. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time. We also offer extended warranties and insurance plans for additional coverage.

Yes, our cell phones come with a SIM card pre-installed.

Do i need to purchase shipping protection or product protection insurance?

If you use the product for daily purposes, there is no need to buy. If you use the product in harsh environments, you can purchase the extended product protection insurance. Once the product is damaged, you can file a claim with the insurance company for compensation.
