Shipping Policy

 1. Shipping Countries & Warehouses 

8849 official website currently ships only to the countries listed at: https://8849tech.com/pages/shipping-countries

We have warehouses in the following countries: Germany, Spain, Australia, United States, Canada.

 EU and Non-EU European Countries: Generally shipped from the Germany or Spain warehouse.

 United States: Shipped from the US warehouse.

 Canada: Shipped from the Canada warehouse.

 Australia: Shipped from the Australia warehouse.

 United Kingdom: Shipped from the UK warehouse. If out of stock, items will be shipped from China/Hong Kong. 

Backup Solution: If a specific phone model is out of stock in the local warehouse, it may be shipped from another warehouse or from China/Hong Kong without prior notice. 

2. Shipping Timelines

 Order Processing: 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Shipping from Local Warehouse: 5-10 business days. Please refer to the delivery standards of domestic carriers in your country such as OnTrac, DHL, USPS, DPD, FedEx, GLS. 

Shipping from Other Warehouses or China/Hong Kong: 7-20 business days.

 Special Circumstances: 

Processing time may be extended by 3-5 business days during peak order periods. 

Shipping times may be extended due to force majeure events such as extreme weather or strikes.

 3. Shipping Costs

Currently, all orders on the 8849 official website enjoy FREE shipping. 

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Failure 

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder. In very rare cases where emails cannot be received, if you are concerned, please contact us to confirm if your order was placed successfully. Generally, if your payment is successful, our website backend receives your order and it enters the shipping process.

 If payment fails, possible reasons include:

 The shipping address is not in our list of supported shipping countries (https://8849tech.com/pages/shipping-countries).

 The payment method is not supported:

 Afterpay: Only available in the US, Canada, Australia, and UK. 

Klarna: Supported countries include AT (Austria), BE (Belgium), CH (Switzerland), DE (Germany), DK (Denmark), FI (Finland), NL (Netherlands), NO (Norway), SE (Sweden), US (United States), UK (United Kingdom), IE (Ireland), FR (France), ES (Spain), IT (Italy), PT (Portugal), PL (Poland), CZ (Czech Republic), GR (Greece), RO (Romania), HU (Hungary). 

Insufficient account balance or credit card limit, or incorrect card number/CVV. 

The buyer's bank account/card has restrictions imposed by the issuing bank. Please contact your card issuer to verify or try a different card. 

The buyer has set online purchase limits or has a poor credit record with the card issuer. Please contact the issuer to confirm the transaction is legitimate, or use a different card/payment method. 

Please send us a screenshot of the payment failure message so we can check if it triggered bank risk controls. 

5. Combined/Separate Shipments & Order Cancellation

Pre-order Items: Strictly shipped in the order they were received, at the agreed-upon time. Please be patient, we cannot prioritize your shipment. 

Multiple Item Orders: Phones and tablets will be combined into one shipment whenever possible. Accessories are generally shipped from China/Hong Kong; please refer to the specific product description for details. 

Order Cancellation: Please contact us to cancel your order before we ship it. Preferably email support@8849tech.com,  or leave a message in our online chat system. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation. Once you receive the shipping email with a tracking number, the order has entered the shipping process and cannot be cancelled.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, your registered email will immediately receive a notification containing the tracking number and a query link.

Tracking information is usually available within 3-5 days after shipment. For shipments from Hong Kong/China, it may take up to 7 days to appear, but your package is already in transit. 

If you cannot track your order, possible reasons are: 

The logistics company hasn't updated the information yet. If it's still not queryable after one week, please contact us. 

Incorrect tracking number. 

The package was delivered long ago and the tracking information has expired. 

7. Tariffs & Customs Clearance 

Tariff Responsibility: Shipments to non-EU European countries may incur customs duties, for which the consumer is responsible. 

Clearance Process: 

If you encounter statuses like "Customs Delay," "Held," or "Customs Event," you will need to provide proof of payment and the tracking number to customs. 

Product prices do not include your country's VAT or import taxes. 

Customers in Canada may incur customs duties, regardless of whether the shipment originates from Hong Kong/China or the US. 

Important Note: Please cooperate with customs promptly. Otherwise, the package may be destroyed. 

8. Receiving & Signing for Packages 

Signing & Inspection: 

Check the outer packaging for any signs of damage or tampering. If found, refuse to sign for it and return it immediately to the courier in their presence. 

Please open the package in front of the courier to check the quantity and quality of the items. If you find items missing or stolen, request an official proof document from the courier, record a complete video on the spot, and contact us. 

Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to sign, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or notify you to pick it up from their depot. If the package is returned due to the recipient's delay in accepting it, we will refund the order amount after deducting applicable shipping and handling fees. 

Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any stolen packages. 

Non-Receipt: If you haven't received your order within 20 days after shipment, please contact us.
