Shipping Policy

Order Delivery Time Frame

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days.
  • Shipping time: 7-20 days

Order Tracking

  • After shipment, your registered email will receive a notification with tracking number and query link. Delivery time varies by country, subject to force majeure like natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism or pandemics.
  • Pre-order items will be shipped in the order of placement. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification. Once shipped, you’ll get an email—check spam if missing.
  • Multi-item orders will be shipped together if possible; out-of-stock items may ship separately.

Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing detailed order information.
  • If your payment fails:
    • Please check if your country is in our shipping countries list: https://8849tech.com/pages/shipping-countries
    • Afterpay: Only available in the US, Canada, Australia, and UK.
    • Klarna: Supported countries include AT (Austria), BE (Belgium), CH (Switzerland), DE (Germany), DK (Denmark), FI (Finland), NL (Netherlands), NO (Norway), SE (Sweden), US (United States), UK (United Kingdom), IE (Ireland), FR (France), ES (Spain), IT (Italy), PT (Portugal), PL (Poland), CZ (Czech Republic), GR (Greece), and RO (Romania), HU (Hungary).
    • Check if your account balance or credit card limit is sufficient, or leave us a message for assistance.

Shipping Methods

  • Express Delivery

Shipping Warehouse

  • We will ship from the nearest warehouse in your country. The EU warehouse is located in Germany, shipping to EU countries; the US warehouse ships to the USA; the CA warehouse ships to Canada; the AU warehouse ships to Australia; and the UK warehouse ships to the UK. 
  • If the local warehouse is out of stock, we may ship it from other warehouses without prior notice.

Shipping Fee

  • Free shipping: get free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more.

Customs Fees

  • Shipments to certain non-EU European countries may incur customs fees, which you are responsible for. Please check your country’s regulations. If fees apply, your local customs will contact you—please handle promptly; otherwise, the package may be destroyed with no refund.

Logistics Anomalies

  • If no shipment notification is received within 5 days of ordering (pre-orders won’t ship before the scheduled time), email support@8849tech.com to check for stockouts or errors.
  • If logistics haven’t updated for over a week, contact your local logistics provider or post office.
