I just bought a brand new tank 3 pro and it doesn’t work, just realized from the box and nothing, i asked for guarantee but they told me that i have to send it to a warehouse to china, honestly that will cost more than the whole phone, someone with the same problem to can solve it please?
It just vibrates when i charge it but nothing more

Kinda sucks…. But I guess no mobile company is fool proof in having every device working. I feel you – must be sad opening up and nothing works. You probably already tried charging it and all that without nothing.
Does it vibrate with other charges as well, that might wanna try slow charging it. Does it do anything on the screen at all?
I guess if it is kinda does nothing, that sending it back would be the only option to get it fixed. Like does the screen show anything at all?
