8849 screen rotation
My 8849 tank 3 pro auto screen rotate does not automatically rotate anymore even after a few factory reset and apps from plastered still doesn’t work. Is there update or a fix for this?

Hi Brian,
Please try the following steps to check if there is a hardware issue:
1. Open the dialing interface on your Tank 3 Pro.
2. Enter *#*#3377#*# and press call or wait for the menu to appear.
3. Select Single test > Sensor Test to check if the sensors are functioning properly.
