TANK 3S Issues

My Tank 3S has updated and has Android 14 20241230-2003 version.
Long version number is: TANK3_EEA_20240412_20241230-2003
First of all my phone has battery problem. Sometimes charging not going %100. Randomly between %70 – %100 and not charging (measured cable with power display). Stuck at %1 long time when using. Sometimes goes %100 after trying a couple of disconnecting and connecting charging cable. Then battery drains faster, suddenly goes %30 to %0 power off. Trying couple minutes charge and then lasts 1 more day at %1 charge. So strange.
Secondly, toolbox seems like same with TANK 3
Can’t control individual warm white and cool white projector LED’s. Can I use toolbox program from TANK 2?
Third is Navigation mode. If I want to use Gesture navigation, swiping from edges causes touching input in application and swipe input for system both. For example trying swipe from right edge to middle in whatsapp(middle over the voice record button), touches microphone button, opens microphone and does back button task (closing keyboard). It needs to be fixed.

1. Battery Issue Troubleshooting
It seems like the battery calibration might be incorrect, or there could be a charging-related issue. Please try the following steps:
1. Battery Calibration:
– Use your phone until the battery completely drains and shuts down.
– Charge it to 100% without interruption using the original charger.
– Restart your phone and check if the charging behavior improves.
2. Check for Software Conflicts:
– Boot the phone into Safe Mode (Press and hold the power button > Long press Power off > Select Safe Mode).
– Check if the charging issue persists in Safe Mode. If not, a third-party app may be interfering with battery performance.
3. Try a Different Charger & Cable:
– Even though you’ve measured the power output, it’s good to test with another compatible charger and cable to rule out any hardware issues.
If the issue continues, we may need to investigate further and provide additional support.

2. Toolbox & LED Control
Currently, the Tank 3S toolbox shares the same version as the Tank 3, and unfortunately, it does not support separate control for warm white and cool white projector LEDs.
The Tank 2 toolbox is not compatible with Tank 3S, so using it is not recommended. However, we appreciate your suggestion, and we will forward it to our development team for future updates.

3. Gesture Navigation Issue
We understand the issue where gesture navigation overlaps with app interactions (such as WhatsApp’s voice recording button).
We have reported this to our software team, and they are working on improvements. In the meantime, you can try the following temporary solutions:
– Adjust Gesture Sensitivity:
– Go to Settings > System > Gestures > System Navigation > Gesture Navigation > Adjust Sensitivity.
– Lower the sensitivity to reduce unintended swipes.
– Use 3-Button Navigation (Temporary Workaround):
– If the issue persists, consider switching to 3-button navigation until a software fix is released.
