You can return your product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase:

Return and Refund Policy
1. Customer-Initiated Returns (No Product Issues)
- If the product has no issues and the customer wants to return it for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
2. Manufacturer-Initiated Returns (Product Issues)
- If the product has issues, the customer must return it to the designated warehouse within 30 days.
- 8849 will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
3. Returns After 30 Days (Under Warranty)
- If the product is damaged (not caused by human actions) after 30 days but within the warranty period, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back to the manufacturer.
- 8849 will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.

- Clear photos or videos (if applicable)

2. How to Return the Item

Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel an order before it has been shipped.
- 8849 processes orders within 1-3 business days.
- If the cancellation request is made before shipping, and it is within the allowed cancellation period on the website, the order can be canceled.
