30-Day Return Guarantee
You can return your product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase:

The product must be returned with all accessories.

Return and Refund Policy

If the product has no issues and the customer wants to return it for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Manufacturer-Initiated Returns (Product Issues)

If the product has issues, the customer must return it to the designated warehouse within 30 days. The manufacturer will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Returns After 30 Days (Under Warranty)

If the product is damaged (not caused by human actions) after 30 days but within the warranty period, the customer must cover the cost of shipping the product back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
