This is my 3rd request for tracking information. The email used to send order confirmation is routed in such a way that it always flagged as suspicious and does not contain tracking information. I would like tracking information please. After my first query I was told the item was shipped and after the second, I was told the shipping information wouldn’t be available until it was shipped, which is contradictory. A timely response would be appreciated.

Update 2025 Feb 3rd – 3 weeks since the order was made. Still no movement on the Asendia tracking website. This is now officially slower than the US postal service and Canada Post combined (which is impressively slow). I’ve had a 100 ton exchanger shipped, literally, from Italy, then railed across Canada in the same timeframe. Is this package actually shipped? Be honest!
